Our recent experience with the CryptoLocker virus demonstrated his dedication to not only supporting Flontech, but also his knowledge and expertise with Sage 300, Sage CRM and our operating system. Our local IT provider spent the day “fumbling” around and made no progress in getting us back up and running. I phoned Dennis at about 5:30PM and he was traveling but said he would start as soon as possible, he began work around 7:30 PM and by 10:30 PM that same night, we had the system completely restored and ready for business the next day. Dennis’s devotion to stay with me and resolve issues that arise, are what I appreciate most.
